Acceptable Use Policy

1Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and is not allowed on the iKoach platform. It protects Clients, Coaches, iKoach, and the deliverability and reputation of everyone who sends messages through the platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you use iKoach, you agree to this AUP.

2Prohibited content

You must not create, upload, sell, or distribute content that is:

• Illegal, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading — including fake scarcity, fabricated testimonials or results, impersonation, and “guaranteed income” or get-rich-quick schemes.
• Part of a pyramid, Ponzi, chain-referral, or multi-level recruitment structure.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Sexually explicit, or exploitative of minors in any form (zero tolerance; reported to authorities).
• Violent or extremist, or that incites harm.
• Infringing of copyright, trademarks, or other rights (see the Copyright & IP Policy).
• Malware, phishing, or content designed to steal credentials or personal information.
• Unqualified professional advice presented as licensed practice — do not claim credentials, registrations, or licences you do not hold.

3Prohibited conduct

• Accessing or attempting to access other users’ accounts or data without authorisation.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the platform, or circumventing security or rate limits.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data from the Services.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the Services without our written agreement.
• Creating accounts by automated means, or maintaining duplicate accounts to evade enforcement.
• Interfering with the operation of the Services or imposing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

4Messaging rules

Email and SMS sent through iKoach must follow our Anti-Spam Policy and SMS Terms. In short:

• Only message people who have given you consent, and honour every unsubscribe or STOP immediately.
• Never use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
• Identify yourself honestly in every message — no misleading sender names or subject lines.

5Fair usage

Video calls, recordings, storage, email, and SMS are subject to fair use. We may apply technical limits to protect the platform, and we may contact you if your usage is far outside normal patterns to find a workable arrangement.

6Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action proportionate to the issue — from a warning or content removal to feature restrictions, suspension, or termination. Severe violations (fraud, exploitation, security abuse, illegal content) may result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. We may withhold or reverse payouts connected to fraudulent activity where lawful.

7Reporting

To report content or behaviour that violates this policy, contact support@ikoach.com with links and details. We review reports promptly and treat reporters’ identities confidentially where we can.

8Changes & contact

We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version always applies.
