1Our approach
iKoach respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone using the platform to do the same. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to everything they upload — course content, images, music, video, and copy. We respond to valid infringement reports under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and, for matters connected to the United States, in the spirit of the DMCA notice-and-takedown process.
2Reporting infringement
If you believe content on iKoach infringes your copyright or other IP rights, send a notice to support@ikoach.com including:
- Identification of the work you own and proof or a description of your rights.
- The URL(s) of the infringing material on the Services.
- Your name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty applicable to false statements, that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3What we do with valid notices
On receiving a valid notice we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice. We may request clarification where a notice is incomplete.
4Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@ikoach.com with: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the removal was mistaken, and your signature. We may restore the material if the original reporter does not take further action within a reasonable period.
5Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may also act on a first violation where the infringement is flagrant.
6Trademarks
The iKoach name and branding belong to R.O.I Group Pty Ltd. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission. Trademark complaints about user content can be sent to support@ikoach.com with details of your registration and the allegedly infringing use.
