Cookie Notice
Last updated 7 July 2026
1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) do related jobs. This notice explains how iKoach uses them; it forms part of our Privacy Policy.
2Cookies we use
- Essential — sign-in sessions, security (fraud and abuse prevention), load balancing, and remembering things like your timezone during booking. The Services do not work properly without these.
- Analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregated usage measurement (for example page-view counts) that helps us understand what is used and improve the product.
- Payments — our payment processor sets cookies on checkout pages for fraud prevention and to process payments securely.
3What we do not do
- No third-party advertising cookies.
- No cross-site behavioural ad tracking.
- No selling of cookie or usage data.
4Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely. Blocking essential cookies will break sign-in, checkout, and booking. Because we do not use advertising cookies, there is nothing to opt out of beyond your browser controls.
5Changes & contact
We may update this notice as the Services evolve; changes appear on this page with an updated date.
