1Our commitment

iKoach wants everyone — coaches and clients alike — to be able to use the platform. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the iKoach platform, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a checkbox.

2What we do

  • Design with sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigability, and screen-reader-friendly structure in mind.
  • Use semantic markup and labels on forms, including our booking and checkout flows.
  • Review accessibility as part of building new features and fixing existing ones.

3Known limitations

Some content on the platform is created by independent Coaches — their pages, images, videos, and documents. We provide the tools, but we cannot guarantee Coach-created content meets accessibility standards. Video call and payment experiences also rely partly on third-party providers whose interfaces we do not fully control.

4Feedback & help

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on iKoach, tell us at support@ikoach.com. Include the page and what went wrong. We prioritise accessibility reports and will respond promptly, and where we can, we will provide the information or service you need in an alternative way while we fix the issue.
